- The shell is made of Mother-of-Pearl Crystal with a Mother-of-Pearl finish, a bilaminated oval in 925 Sterling Silver and with the edge and back completely plated in 925 Sterling Silver.
- The item has a built-in lacquering system that prevents the silver from blackening (clean only with a soft cloth).
