Cost

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): free shipping for orders equal to or over €60. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €5.99 to the Peninsula and €12.99 to the Balearic Islands.

Rest of the world: between €14.99 - €24.99.

Times

The average delivery time in Spain and Portugal is  4-5 BUSINESS DAYS  from payment confirmation. These times may vary depending on the region and stock availability (see table for more details on delivery times). 

Items available in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours. This period includes possible cases where modifications to the products such as engravings or screen printing need to be made.  

If you require urgent shipping, please indicate it in the "Notes" section when completing the payment or contact us before making the purchase and we will gladly prioritize your shipment at no additional cost.

Shipments are generally carried out with GLS & UPS. If you wish to specify any delivery details, you can do so in the notes section when confirming your purchase or later via email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com indicating the order reference.

SANCHIS SALCEDO is not responsible for delays in delivery times when caused by factors beyond our company. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check and note any issues or damage to the goods received or their packaging in the carrier's remarks section and report the issue to SANCHIS SALCEDO within 24 hours. This allows the insurance to be effective to resolve such issues. Likewise, by signing the delivery note, the customer agrees to the delivery made, waiving any claims or complaints regarding the purchased and received product(s). These conditions are necessary for SANCHIS SALCEDO to assume responsibility for the goods. SANCHIS SALCEDO reserves the right to reclaim ownership of the items in case of non-payment.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES

 

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to make your return.

The full refund amount will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

To make an exchange or return, it is necessary to do so with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packed and protected, by requesting it previously by email at contacto@sanchissalcedo.com and sending it to the following address:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Engraved or screen-printed items are non-returnable.

The cost of shipping for delivery and return will be borne by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or engraving/screen printing. In this case, the costs will be borne by Sanchis Salcedo.

In any case, these exchange-return conditions are exclusive to online sales and do not apply to direct in-store purchases.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost shown on our website.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional costs applied by customs authorities or the shipping company at the time of delivery. These amounts depend on the tax and customs regulations in force in the destination country, as well as the value, nature, and characteristics of the shipment.

If the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or does not complete the import process, causing the package to be returned or destroyed by customs authorities, the following conditions will apply:

  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from any possible refund.

  • If the order is destroyed, abandoned, or becomes inaccessible due to the customer's refusal or inaction, no refund will be issued for the products or shipping costs.

Sanchis Salcedo has no control over the amounts charged by the relevant authorities nor over possible delays caused by customs procedures. Under no circumstances will these charges be considered the responsibility of Sanchis Salcedo, nor will they give rise to refunds or claims.
