SHIPPING
Shipping costs to Spain are free for orders equal to or greater than €60.
For smaller orders the shipping costs are €5.99 (ES).
The average delivery time in Spain and Portugal is 5 WORKING DAYS from confirmation of payment. These times may vary depending on region and stock availability (see table for more details on delivery times).
Items available in stock ship within 24-48 hours. This period includes possible cases in which modifications must be made to the products such as recordings or screen printing.
If you require urgent shipping, please indicate it in the "Notes" section when completing the payment or contact us before making the purchase and we will gladly prioritize your shipment at no additional cost.

Shipments are carried out with GLS. If you wish to specify any details about the delivery, you can do so in the notes section when confirming your purchase or later via email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com indicating the order reference.
SANCHIS SALCEDO is not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times, when due to causes beyond our control. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check and record in the carrier's observations section any incident or damage to the merchandise received or its packaging and notify SANCHIS SALCEDO of the incident in less than 24 hours. In this way, the insurance can be made effective to solve these incidents. Likewise, by signing the delivery note, you will agree to the delivery made, waiving any claim or complaint regarding the product/s purchased and received. These conditions are necessary for SANCHIS SALCEDO to assume responsibility for the merchandise. SANCHIS SALCEDO reserves the right to recover ownership of the items in the event of non-payment.
RETURNS-EXCHANGES
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to make your return.
The full amount of the refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
To make an exchange or return it is necessary to do so with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged and protected, requesting it by email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com and sending it to the following address:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Engraved or screen-printed items do not accept exchange.
The cost of shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing or engraving/screen printing defect. In this case the expenses will be borne by Sanchis Salcedo.
In any case, these exchange-return conditions are exclusive for online sales and are not valid for direct purchases in store.
