Cost

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Free shipping for orders of €60 or more. For orders under €60, shipping costs are €5.99 to the Peninsula and €12.99 to the Balearic Islands.

Rest of the world: between €14.99 - €24.99.

Time

The average delivery time in Spain and Portugal is 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS from payment confirmation. These times may vary depending on region and stock availability (see table for details on delivery times).

Items available in stock ship within 24-48 hours. This period includes possible product modifications, such as engraving or screen printing.

If you require urgent shipping, please indicate this in the "Notes" section when completing payment or contact us before making your purchase, and we will be happy to prioritize your shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping is generally carried out with GLS and UPS. If you wish to specify any delivery details, you can do so in the notes section when confirming your purchase or later by emailing contacto@sanchissalcedo.com, including the order reference.

SANCHIS SALCEDO is not responsible for failure to meet delivery deadlines due to causes beyond our control. Upon receiving the order, the customer must check and note in the carrier's comments section any incidents or damage to the received merchandise or its packaging and notify SANCHIS SALCEDO of the incident within 24 hours. This way, the insurance policy can be activated to resolve these incidents. Likewise, by signing the delivery note, you confirm that the delivery has been made, waiving any claims or complaints regarding the product(s) purchased and received. These conditions are necessary for SANCHIS SALCEDO to assume responsibility for the merchandise. SANCHIS SALCEDO reserves the right to repossess the items in the event of non-payment.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it.

The full refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

To make an exchange or return it is necessary to do so with the original packaging and labeling intact, packaged and protected appropriately, by requesting it in advance by email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com and sending it to the following address:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Engraved or screen-printed items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing or engraving/screen printing defect. In this case, the costs will be borne by Sanchis Salcedo.

In any case, these exchange and return conditions are exclusive to online sales and do not apply to direct in-store purchases.

TAXES AND TARIFFS

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

All orders shipped from Spain to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed in our store, unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional costs imposed by customs authorities or the carrier at the time of delivery. These amounts depend on the tax and customs regulations in force in the destination country, as well as the value, nature, and characteristics of the shipment.

Wine World Tasters has no control over the amounts charged by the relevant authorities or any delays caused by customs procedures. Under no circumstances will these charges be Wine World Tasters' responsibility, nor will they give rise to refunds or claims.
