In case of cancellation, the total amount paid will be fully refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website www.sanchissalcedo.com or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use. 

PRODUCTS AND PRICES 

SANCHIS SALCEDO reserves the right to modify the prices and/or products displayed on www.sanchissalcedo.com without prior notice.

BUYER RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

The customer or user may partially or fully cancel the order as long as the goods have not been handed over to the carrier for shipment. 

If the goods have been sent to the customer, they will have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. 

The customer must notify SANCHIS SALCEDO by any legally accepted means of their intention to exercise their right to terminate the contract. 

The returned order, within the established 14-day period, must be delivered along with the delivery note and the invoice issued by SANCHIS SALCEDO, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer. 

When the buyer exercises their right of termination or withdrawal, SANCHIS SALCEDO will refund the amounts paid as quickly as possible in the same way they were paid, deducting the costs incurred for transportation.

After the withdrawal period has passed without being exercised, you may take actions to nullify or terminate the contract when legally appropriate.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost shown on our website.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional costs applied by customs authorities or the shipping company at the time of delivery. These amounts depend on the tax and customs regulations in force in the destination country, as well as the value, nature, and characteristics of the shipment.

If the client refuses to pay the required customs duties or does not complete the import process, causing the package to be returned or destroyed by customs authorities, the following conditions will apply:

• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from any possible refund.

• If the order is destroyed, abandoned, or becomes inaccessible due to the client's refusal or inaction, no refund will be issued for the products or shipping costs.

Sanchis Salcedo has no control over the amounts charged by the relevant authorities nor over possible delays caused by customs procedures. Under no circumstances will such charges be considered the responsibility of Sanchis Salcedo, nor will they give rise to refunds or claims.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Client or User guarantees and commits that all information provided to SANCHIS SALCEDO is truthful and up to date. They agree to accept all these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, as well as the PRIVACY POLICY published on this website. Likewise, they commit to enabling the delivery of the requested order by providing an address where the product can be delivered within the normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30). 

WARRANTIES
It is understood that the product sold through www.sanchissalcedo.com complies with the contract when it meets the requirements set forth in the Consumer Goods Sales Warranty Law, which states that products will comply with the contract when: 

a) They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for the uses for which goods of the same type are ordinarily intended.
c) They are suitable for any special use required by the consumer when they have informed the seller at the time of the contract, provided that the seller has acknowledged that the product is suitable for such use.
d) They present the usual quality and performance of goods of the same type that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the goods and, where applicable, public statements about the specific characteristics of the goods made by the seller, producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling. The seller will not be bound by such public statements if they prove that they were unaware and could not reasonably have been expected to know the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time the contract was made, or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the consumer goods. 

SANCHIS SALCEDO will be liable to the Customer for any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The consumer is recognized the right to repair the goods, to replace them, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract. They may choose between repair or replacement of the goods as long as it is not impossible or disproportionate. Any remedy that imposes costs on SANCHIS SALCEDO that, compared to another remedy, are not reasonable considering the value the goods would have if there were no non-conformity, will be considered disproportionate. When an order is dispatched to its destination, a numbered delivery note will be generated, which the Customer must collect along with the order and verify that it matches their order number and the goods delivered. Signing this delivery note implies waiving any claim regarding lost or damaged goods. 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Transactions made through www.sanchissalcedo.com will be governed by the applicable Spanish laws. For any doubts or disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance, or possible breach of the terms agreed in this document, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia city (SPAIN), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
